In fact, we find it beneficial for our clients to understand the extent of any potential issues or deficiencies.
Should I call in experts for follow up inspection?
A home inspector is not legally allowed to give quotes for repair, e.g., a new roof, windows, insulation. However, we will give you a report that details the severity of any issues. We will let you know when additional specialist are needed. Since a home inspection is a visually based, it may be necessary to have additional experts to follow up.
Should I ask questions before or after the inspection?
Yes, if you have any prior concerns before the inspection, we are here to help.
How long will the inspection take?
Many factors such as the age of the home, style of the construction, and current condition will affect the amount of time needed for the inspection.
